jya999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority

Play with enjoyment and within your limits. jya999 provides all the tools and support to help you build healthy gaming habits.

Our Commitment

jya999 believes that online gaming is enjoyable only when it is safe, controlled, and done responsibly. We are deeply mindful of the mental and financial well-being of every one of our members.

What Is Responsible Gaming?

Responsible gaming means using gaming as a form of entertainment — not as a way to earn money. Bet within your means, keep time and money limits in place, and make time for family and loved ones.

Keep in Mind

There is no guarantee of winning in gambling. Placing bigger bets to try to recover lost money is dangerous. Stay within your limits and seek help right away if a problem arises.

21+ Age Restriction

The jya999 platform is for people aged 21 and above only. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited. We follow an age verification process and reserve the right to verify any account we find suspicious.

Our Protection Tools

jya999 offers several effective tools to help you keep your gaming under control.

Set a Deposit Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. This limit can be set directly from your account and takes effect immediately.

Time-Out Break

Use the time-out feature if you want to take a break for a few days. Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 6 weeks. No bets can be placed during this period.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, use the self-exclusion option. You can close your account for a minimum of 6 months or permanently.

Set a Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you can lose over a set period. Once the limit is reached, no more bets can be placed — this is the most effective way to protect your finances.

Reality Check Reminder

You will be reminded at regular intervals how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This message will help you make informed decisions.

Transaction History

View the complete history of all your deposits, withdrawals, and bets at any time. Stay aware of your gaming patterns and review them whenever needed.

Do Not Make Decisions on Impulse

Avoid gaming when you are under stress or feeling overly excited. Play with a clear head.
